About:
Bradley Germain, Co-founder of Sports Entertainment Ventures LLC, is a long-time Bradenton/Sarasota resident with deep roots in community, service, and family. Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Bradley moved to the Gulf Coast more than fifteen years ago and quickly fell in love with the area he now calls “paradise.” A former high-school golfer who rediscovered the game later in life, Bradley reconnected with golf not just as a sport—but as a technical, challenging, and profoundly rewarding pursuit. That renewed passion became the driving force behind SRQ Golf.
Before stepping into entrepreneurship full-time, Bradley spent years serving his community as a firefighter in two Manatee County departments. That experience shaped his values: service, integrity, hard work, and unwavering commitment to others. Today, those same principles guide SRQ Golf. Bradley also coaches youth basketball, supports local families in need, donates to the community weekly, and is building a nonprofit designed to give back to struggling families. His dedication to uplifting others is not a slogan—it’s a lifestyle deeply woven into everything he and his family do.
Family is at the heart of Bradley’s mission. He is supported by his wife, La Chae — a talented craft-cocktail bartender known for her creativity and warmth—and their two children, Kaden and Liv, who inspire him every day. Together, they represent the soul of SRQ Golf: a place built on love, joy, and shared experiences. Their family, including an energetic 8-year-old nephew, is the heartbeat behind Bradley’s belief in creating spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected.
SRQ Golf was born from Bradley’s vision to bring something Sarasota doesn’t yet have: an interactive, premium, community-driven golf experience in the heart of downtown. More than a simulator bar and more than a training facility, SRQ Golf is a hybrid concept—an upscale members-only atmosphere that still welcomes the community with open arms. It’s a home for golfers who want to work with professionals, women seeking a social yet elevated environment, beginners looking to learn comfortably, and friends who simply want a refined place to unwind with a drink and like-minded people.
Situated downtown, SRQ Golf offers something rare: a place to escape the routine. Instead of the typical bar scene, guests can immerse themselves in an interactive experience that blends entertainment, improvement, and relaxation. From high-end technology to live events, social gatherings, lessons, and pre-game meetups, SRQ Golf is designed to become Sarasota’s go-to destination—an environment that feels elite, but never exclusive; high-end, but always inviting.

His purpose is to build a place where people can grow, learn, connect, and genuinely enjoy themselves—whether they’re improving their swing or simply enjoying a drink after work.

About:
Jim Morse, Co-founder of Sports Entertainment Ventures LLC, is a seasoned business professional having served many roles in the High Tech Consulting and Fintech industry for 35 years. Jim was the President and Founder of Sportsco Technologies in the Boston area servicing the on-line sports communities building nationally recognized sports related content for Sportsco.com and several other independent sports organizations for just 20 years. Jim holds several degrees from Bentley University in Computer Information Systems and Management.
Jim is also a 22 year veteran of Boston's own Fidelity Investments leading some of Fidelity Investments largest clients through multi-billion dollar, multi-year implementation projects within the Define Benefits (Pensions Systems) Practice. Clients including Disney, AT&T, IBM, General Dynamics, Boeing, Marathon Oil are just a few of world leading corporations who have entrusted Jim to deliver their implementations on-time and under budget for decades.
Jim is an avid technologist and sports fan enjoying time with friends and family cheering on the Boston and Tampa area sports teams. Having played 10 years of hockey, Jim is the biggest Bruins champion.

Our PGA Member and Director of Golf Operations Mark Cline is in his own words "A steward of the game of Golf". Mark has spent many years in both North Carolina and the local Sarasota golf market providing superb golf instruction and game improving perspectives to all of his clients.

Director of Financial Operations:
Denise Morse is a Massachusetts Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), currently serving as the Director of Financial Operations for well known Sarasota based Business Services firm. Jim and Denise met at Bentley University in Waltham MA 40 years ago while pursing their under graduate degrees. They have been calling the Sarasota area their home for just over a decade now. Denise holds a degree from Bentley University in Accountancy.
Director of Food, Beverage and Entertainment:
LaChae Burress is a Sarasota based veteran within the Sarasota hospitality industry. Chae has been a leader at various establishments specifically within the Downtown circles. Her contagious personality and charm has been winning over her guests for years. She will surely be a huge asset assisting SEV LLC. LaChae holds a degree from Buffalo State College in Design Arts.
National Accounts Franchising Consultant:
Steve Rizzi is a 25 year veteran in the Franchising and National Sales Management arena. Steve has an extremely impressive record of expanding national companies into household brands while vastly expanding their geographical reach. Mr. Rizzi has been retained to assist Sports Entertainment Ventures LLC in expanding our borders beyond our Florida roots.
